Lynette is a specialist with naturally curly hair. She started her career as a professional hair and makeup artist in May 2006 at the ethnically diverse Fremont Beauty College, then completed a yearlong advanced training program at Image Arts Salon under master hair and makeup artist Teresa Callen. In addition to her training with Image Arts, she has attended advanced education sessions with Maly's California and with West Coast Beauty Systems.
Lynette's favorite services are cutting, styling and coloring naturally curly and wavy hair. Her understanding of the intricacies working with curly and wavy hair comes from a lifetime of experience styling her own thick and curly hair. Lynette's style philosophy is to create an element of art on the head of hair by using brilliant color in a thoughtful composition.
Before 2006, Lynette worked in corporate America for companies such as Mitsubishi Electric, Sega Amusements and Renesas Technologies. Lynette also was the office manager for the Field Ironworkers Apprenticeship. The combination of hair and makeup experience with her corporate world background gives Lynette a courteous, responsive and professional demeanor that provides a positive customer experience.
